Freshmen: We took the chapter 10 vocab exam and discussed the notion of effective repetition in poetry; you should write a poem that adheres to all seven principals we have studied so far: I, no participles, proper format, strong lead and conclusions, cut to the bone, and uses effective repetition.
Sophomores: We took the chapter 10 vocab exam, discussed the essay you are writing, and continued our discussion of the four stages of the hero.
CNF: Today we continued our reading of Part III in preparation for our seminar on Monday and also began Rivers and Tides.
