English 12A: Today we read Chapters 13 and 14 in the Tao te Ching and then read a poem by Sonja Sones called "Voices," which memorializes those who died on September 11, 2001. From there we continued to read the articles about zoos and respond to the prompt regarding whether zoos are ethical or not. I am asking you to spend 10 minutes on your essays tonight. If you haven't finished with Part I of Life of Pi, do so by tomorrow, as we will have our first whole-class discussion on it.
CNF: Today we took multiple Implicit Association Tests and recorded the results and reflected on them in your booklet. If you were absent, go to https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/takeatest.html and take a few of these before class tomorrow.
