English 9A (periods 1, 2, and 4): Today we talked about journeys and quests, reading Chapter 1 from How to Read Literature Like a Professor (you can find this online). We then applied the concepts Foster addresses to To Kill a Mockingbird. You should be done with everything through page 357 for Friday's class.
English 9B (period 3): Today we focused on the Nurse's advice at the end of Act III and Juliet's response to her dilemma in 4.1 and 4.2. Read for 20 minutes as homework.
